Current Projects
I am currently working at BKLYN Larder as a FOH Manager, Chef, and Cheesemonger! Serving quality products in the best presentation has always been a passion of mine. Here are some cheeseboards I have recently crafted.
Over the past 10 months I have dedicated an enormous amount to work on my drawing skills. This whole sketchbook project (now over 150 pages, 2 books) originally started with the goal to make me more present in my day to day surroundings. It has now turned into a nearly daily habitual practice where I draw things from life. Here are a few of my personal favorites.
